Training Information
All classes are held at 4101 Granby Street, Suite 404, Norfolk, VA 23504.
All classes begin promptly at 8:00 am and last 8 hours, with exception to the 4 hour refreshers.

The training schedule is subject to change. Classes are subject to cancellation and/or rescheduling. ALS will do everything possible to ensure a class remains on the schedule. Registration may be done via fax or email using a Registration Form. A student will not be considered signed up for class unless we receive the completed registration. You will receive a fax confirming your registration.
Payment for all training classes must be received before or the day of the class. Payment may be in the form of cash, check, credit card, or money order. WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and DINERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL. If you have scheduled within two (2) days of the class, payment must be brought with the student and submitted before the start of class. A training certificate will not be issued until payment is received.
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class to avoid a cancellation fee of half the cost of the class.
Most classes can be scheduled as needed. In order to add a class to the schedule, a minimum of 5 people must be registered before the class can proceed. For questions regarding additional class dates that are not on the published schedule, please contact Joyce. We will make every effort to accommodate additional classes as needed.
